But Also Your Voice On The Council.

  I am someone just like you. I live and work in Livingston Parish’s Sixth District, and I will work to find the solutions that best benefit the welfare and lives of those who I consider my neighbors.               

  I will listen to you, and I will work hard to ensure that you are fairly represented. Everyone deserves to have a voice in local government, and I will do everything in my power to ensure that your voice is heard. 

JOHN'S GOALS

  • Listen and respond to the needs and concerns of District 6 constituents.
  • Promote communication and responsiveness between constituents and their elected representative.
  • Address infrastructure issues such as drainage, zoning, road repair, and construction.
  • To be the kind of leader that promotes community, family values, and fiscal responsibility.

JOHN'S BELIEFS

As a registered Republican, John believes that locally elected officials should be more responsive to each and every constituents’  concerns, needs, and interests.
 
John believes that it is the responsibility of local elected officials to represent the will of the voters, and it is John’s desire to represent all of District 6. 

John wants to hear and address all of Livingston Parish District 6 residents’ concerns, and the issues that are important to them.

JOHN'S BACKGROUND

John is a resident of Livingston Parish District 6.

John and his wife, Brandy, are very active in the community, and both are employed by Livingston Parish schools. John is an Itinerant Medical Homebound Teacher, and Brandy is an 8th Grade Science teacher at Westside Junior High in Walker, Louisiana. 

His children attended the Livingston Parish School system, and both graduated from Walker High School.

When he is not teaching or volunteering, John attends the Immaculate Conception Church in Denham Springs.  

JOHN'S EDUCATION

John believes that education is paramount and has earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in communication and education, respectively.

  • BA in Communications from Southeastern Louisiana University 

  • Masters of Educational Administration

Earned his teaching degree from LSU,  and has earned over 30 plus graduate hours from LSU.
